Our Terms & Conditions:

1. Photoshoots

What’s Included:

Each photoshoot includes the services and package selected at the time of booking. This covers travel to and from the property (within BH postcodes), the on-site photography session, professional editing of all included images, and a standard usage license for marketing and promotional purposes.

Please Note: A minimum order of £65 applies. Any order below this amount will be automatically adjusted to meet the minimum. (excludes revisits)

What’s Not Included:

Property staging, cleaning, or the provision of furniture and decorative props are not included in any standard photoshoot. However, a professional photo stylist can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. 2. Revisions

What’s Included:

Each order includes 1 complimentary full revision to address adjustments such as colour correction, cropping, content erasing and sky replacement.
We also offer up to 3 additional images at no extra cost if they were captured during the initial shoot.

What’s Not Included:

Further changes, adjustments or additional images beyond the included revisions are charged at £5 per image.
A complete reshoot will be considered a new booking with standard fees.

3. Delivery & Storage

Delivery:

Digital files (excluding virtual tours) are available for download the next day via a WeTransfer link.
Delivery may take up to 7 days during busy times.

Storage:

Digital files are stored for 60 days. We cannot guarantee file availability after this period.
Virtual tours remain active for 3 months, with extensions available for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to use content for promotional purposes.

4. Payment

Estate Agents:

Invoices are issued at the end of each month and are due within 7 days, or on the due date outlined on the invoice.
Payments can be made via bank transfer using the details outlined on the invoice.

All payments are final.

New Clients, Homeowners & Individuals:

Full payment is required prior to your appointment.
Payments can be made via bank transfer using the details outlined on the invoice.

Your appointment is not confirmed until full payment is received, failure to make payment upfront will result in cancellation.

All payments are final.

5. Late Payment Fees, Refunds & Cancellations

Late Payments:

Payment is due by the due date outlined on the invoice.

We reserve the statutory right to claim fixed compensation for late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 on all overdue invoices.

A late payment fee will be formally applied and invoiced if payment remains overdue by 14 days. The fee is £40.00

Late payment fees are automatically applied to any active overdue invoices.

If full payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice issue date, we reserve the right to suspend future services and initiate legal proceedings to recover the balance, including any associated court and legal fees.

Refunds:

General Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please submit a written request via email to info@propertyphoto.group within 14 days of order completion. Refunds are not issued after this deadline.

If part of an order is cancelled, the payment difference will be refunded.

Refunds will not be issued for issues related to weather conditions.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited via BACS within 3-5 working days.

Cancellations & Rescheduling (Estate Agents):

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at no charge up to the day before the appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the appointment will incur a £50 fee.

Any future bookings will be considered new appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling (New Clients & Businesses, Homeowners & Individuals):

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at no charge up to the day before the appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the full amount, and a £50 fee will be charged to reschedule.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

We generally proceed with all appointments regardless of weather.

Clients can reschedule a weather-affected appointment at no cost providing the weather is unsuitable for us to proceed with our job, but payment for the appointment is still required.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy remains in place if the weather is suitable for us to carry out the appointment.

6. Travel

Travel within the BH postcode is included with every order.

An out of area travel fee of £25.00 applies to properties located outside of the BH postcode.

An out of area travel fee of £25.00 + 45p per mile applies to properties located outside of Dorset.

Any accommodation costs will also be billed in advance.

7. Copyright

Property Photography Group retains all copyrights, intellectual property, and ownership of all content produced. Ownership rights are not transferred to the client.

8. Usage

Standard Usage License Terms:

The fee for our services includes a license that grants you specific usage rights.

While this license authorises you to use the content, it does not transfer ownership or copyright. Clients and third parties are prohibited from selling our content for profit or using it without written permission from Property Photography Group.

Unauthorised use by a third party will be considered a breach of copyright and intellectual property. We reserve the right to revoke any licenses at any time without a refund.

License - Estate Agents:

You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the content for all commercial purposes related to your business as the direct advertiser or distributor. This includes online listings, print materials, and property promotions.

This license does not extend to third-party use (ie. another Estate Agent).

Third parties must purchase a separate personal or commercial license, even if they contributed to the original payment. Our license is with you only.

License - Homeowners:

You may use the content independently from your Estate Agent for personal purposes only. This license provides personal usage rights and does not permit commercial use, even if you contributed to the original payment.

To use the content for commercial purposes or share it with a third party (such as another Estate Agent), a separate license must be purchased.

License - Third Parties:

Any commercial third party not included with the original order, wishing to use the content for commercial purposes must purchase a separate, non-exclusive commercial license. The fee for this license is calculated based on usage.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Editing:

Clients may crop or resize images for marketing formats only.

All other editing, enhancements, or alterations—including AI tools for object removal, sky/lawn replacement, virtual staging, colour correction, or day-to-dusk—is prohibited without written approval from Property Photography Group. Images must be used as delivered to comply with Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), Rightmove, and Zoopla rules.

Breaches may result in immediate license revocation (Section 7), additional fees, and legal action.
