Our Process

1. Enquiry and Booking

Your journey with us begins the moment you reach out through our dedicated client portal. By completing our intuitive booking form, you can outline your requirements, select services, and choose a time and date that works best for you or your vendor. The portal allows you to instantly see the booking date and time, pricing, and appointment details — ensuring complete transparency from the very beginning. You can also communicate directly with our team, keeping all updates and correspondence in one convenient place.

2. Capture Day

When shoot day arrives, our professional photographer will arrive promptly, ready to bring your vision to life. Whether we’re photographing a family home or a luxury development, we work closely with vendors and agents to make sure every detail is captured in its best light. With extensive experience and a trained eye for composition and presentation, we’ll offer guidance throughout, helping to prepare spaces and highlight the property’s strongest features.

3. Post-Production

After the shoot, your imagery moves into post-production — where the magic really happens. Our editing team carefully enhances each photograph to meet the highest visual standards, adjusting lighting, colour, and balance to create a polished, professional result. Throughout this stage, you can log in to your client portal to follow progress, check on timelines, and stay informed until your project reaches completion.

4. Delivery

Once your images are perfected, we finalise the order and upload the completed content directly to our client portal. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your files are ready to download. At this stage, your order is marked as complete, but our support doesn’t stop there — we’re always happy to help with any follow-up requests or additional services to keep your marketing consistent and powerful.
