What photography equipment do you use?
We are equipped with top-tier, full-frame cameras boasting over 65 megapixels, ensuring professional-quality images. Our gear includes a variety of high-performance lenses with constant aperture, professional 4K cameras and Drones, industry standard 360 cameras and high performance floor plan scanners.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel within the BH postcode is included with every order.
An out of area travel fee of £25.00 applies to properties located outside of the BH postcode.
An out of area travel fee of £25.00 + 45p per mile applies to properties located outside of Dorset.
Any accommodation costs will also be billed in advance.
What file types and sizes do you provide?
Photography files are delivered via an online album in JPEG format. If you need different file types, just let us know.
Video files are provided in HD MP4 format with a 16:9 landscape crop.
Floor Plans are delivered in JPEG format, but can also be provided as PDF.
Inspection reports are sent as PDFs.
When will I receive my content?
Our goal is to deliver all content the next day after our visit. During peak times, delivery may take up to 48 hours.
For larger properties or multiple orders, editing may take up to 7 days.

Will you style the property before the shoot?
We can make minor adjustments if needed, but the property should be clean, tidy, and styled appropriately when we arrive. For luxury properties, we advise a visit beforehand to assess the space and requirements. We can also arrange for a stylist to enhance the space on the day, which is highly recommended for luxury properties.
Please Note: Cleaning is NOT part of our service. Properties should be clean and tidy before our arrival, the way the property is presented in person is how it will appear in the photos. We recommend checking out our Staging Guide on how to prepare your home.
Will you retouch the property images?
While we can make minor edits, we do not remove environmental elements like lamp posts, telegraph poles, or power lines, as our goal is to provide an accurate representation of the property. If there are marks or stains on the property, we can attempt to remove them in post-processing, but ideally, these should be addressed before the shoot. What if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
As experienced property photographers, we will edit your images to ensure they are bright and appealing, even on gloomy days. We can replace overcast skies if necessary, but for heavy rain, rescheduling might be the best option for exterior shots.

Do you offer drone photography?
Yes, we are fully qualified through the CAA to conduct commercial drone photography, subject to weather conditions and location suitability.
